Bistro Filipino

2 days after the wedding, my sister (ate lo) and her family had to go back to Texas. We wanted to bond and enjoy up till the last second of their stay here and so we spent their last pinoy lunch at Bisto Filipino by Chef Laudico. It's a filipino fine dining resto at The Fort that serves "twisted" pinoy dishes that are really yummy and worth trying! It's a must, especially if you have balikbayan friends/relatives who want something different!

After eating, we were enough lucky to catch this guy sitting at one corner. He didn't mind having some photos taken, so we did! But before taking a shot, ate lo told him, "by the way, this couple just got married 2 days ago!" (So that's why Lou had that pose. hahaha!)

Bisto Filipino | Chef Lau

do you recognize him? It's Chef Laudico himself,
the resto's owner and one of the judges in Pinoy Masterchef!
(I never thought I'd get starstruck with chefs too! hahaha!)
