Legazpi Sunday Market - Prawns!

One of the things that we recently discovered, is Legazpi Sunday Market. And the more awesome thing we learned is that shopping on a Sunday afternoon (an hour before the market closes) gives you that advantage to haggle with merchants up till the lowest price possible! That's how we got a half kilo of these prawns for only P200! And that's also how I had the chance to experiment on prawn dishes other than sauteing it on garlic and butter. haha! :)

For today's breakfast, I made shrimp-pomelo salad with balsamic vinaigrette, which is now Lou's new favorite salad! This means MORE palengke-dates to Legazpi Sunday Market then. ♥
